HP will sell a laptop with a 3,100MHz processor that could give it a competitive advantage over competitors in the business market, the company said today.
The laptop, dubbed the HP 7300G, will be launched on Wednesday and will be priced at $10.2 million.
It is powered by a 3.5-inch, 1280×800 screen with an Intel Core i5-4410M processor, the same chip that was used in the HP Spectre x360.
It has 3GB of RAM, 128GB of solid-state storage and a 500GB solid-drive.
The HP 730G will also be available in a 6.3-inch version with a 1.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 processor and a 128GB solid drive, which is slightly cheaper.
The 730GT will also go for $11.1 million.HP said the HP 700-Series will offer a more competitive price point, although it is still unclear when or how the laptop will arrive.
