Lenovo, HP, and Razer have all released their latest laptops.
The HP Zbook 2 is an ultrabook with a premium design, a thin, light frame, and an impressive price tag of $1,000.
It’s a great choice for the budget-conscious who want a laptop with great design and build quality, but don’t want to shell out the $1/hour premium.
In this article, we’ll be comparing the ZBook with the Surface Pro 2, the Asus ZenBook Pro, and the $1000 HP ZR551M.
As you can see, the HP’s keyboard and trackpad are both solid.
The Razer is a little heavier and has a few extra buttons.
There’s also an extra port for your external hard drive, which could be useful for a gaming rig or a backup camera.
As we’ve discussed, the Dell Latitude E6550 is a good laptop for $1k, but it’s not as cheap as the HP, so you might want to wait until you can get the $3,000 Lenovo ZBook Pro or Asus Zenbook Pro.
The Surface Pro 4 is a $5k laptop, but the Dell has a higher-resolution screen and a larger battery.
We’d recommend getting a Surface Pro 3 or 4 if you can.
The Asus Zenbooks are much better at multitasking, but you might not want to spend that much on a laptop that’s meant to be a desktop machine.
The Lenovo Zbook Pro 2 is also a great option for $600, but its screen is a bit too small for some tasks.
The only real drawback to the Asus is that it’s a bit more expensive than the Lenovo, but we’re willing to overlook that if you’re looking for a laptop for the price range.
